R. Balachandran, the Founder President and Managing Trustee of the Buimerc India Foundation. He is a professional with more than 50 years of experience in Management and entrepreneurship. He has work experience across India, the USA, and the UAE covering different verticals.
The Foundation was set up with the belief that philanthropy is much more than just a charitable donation. One must respond to the needs of the society and give back unhesitatingly. To give when one has the power to give is not just a philosophy, but a discipline.
Sabita Varma Balachandran
Trustee - Director - Gender Inclusivity & Empowerment
Sabita Varma Balachandran is a professional with 30+ years of experience in Management and entrepreneurship. A former officer of the Reserve Bank of India, she is the Founder Vice President and Trustee of the Buimerc India Foundation.
With her background in Sociology, she is actively involved in the screening of the various projects, based on the object clauses of the foundation.
Siddharth Balachandran

Siddharth Balachandran is a management professional with over 22 years of experience in the domain of business and entrepreneurship. Siddharth Balachandran was conferred with the Pravasi Bharatiya Samman award (PBSA2023) by the President of India.
He believes in the transformative power of Philanthropy. As a Trustee, while he leads the philanthropic initiatives in the UAE. He is also actively involved in the various causes and projects being supported in India.
Shiv Siddharth

A young business and communication professional, a Master Diver, he is on board as a Trustee of Buimerc India Foundation. Shiv has a deep commitment and love for animals and the environment. Even though he is based in Dubai, he is totally involved in the various causes in India/UAE.

A Practising Chartered Accountant with over four decades of extensive experience in auditing, taxation, and providing consultancy services to the corporate sector. As a trustee, he diligently scrutinizes budgets, allocation of funds, and oversees their effective utilization.
