“Where our breakthrough ideas were once trapped in a cycle of limited resources, there is now a wide-open gateway to human progress; we are no longer watching our innovations wither away in isolation because a lifeline of belief has set our minds free. We were young innovators and social entrepreneurs driven by a passion to solve the most critical challenges affecting our communities. Yet, despite having breakthrough ideas, we found ourselves completely constrained. A lack of funding, limited technical guidance, and the absence of prototyping resources prevented our solutions from becoming reality”.
“Stepping directly into our struggle, the IIT Palakkad Technology IHub Foundation (IPTIF) and the Buimerc India Foundation provided us with a life-changing opportunity. Through the Nava DISHA Puraskaram and the Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR) fellowship, they did not just support our dreams they opened access to IIT Palakkad’s advanced laboratories, expert mentorship, and essential resources. Young innovators and social entrepreneurs received the funding, mentorship, and resources needed to transform promising ideas into practical solutions.

“Where there was once a lonely, gruelling struggle against impossible odds, there is now a nation standing with us, pushing us toward the podium. As athletes dreaming of the LA 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, our raw passion was often held back by a lack of advanced sports science, financial support, and international exposure. The Buimerc India Foundation and Olympic Gold Quest became the wind beneath our wings. By opening the doors to world-class coaching, recovery systems, and global arenas, they transformed our individual struggles into a collective mission for national pride. THE AI ACCOUNTABILITY (CDAIS ASOKA UNIVERSITY)
In association with
This is the story of how a human-led alliance is fixing the damage that unmonitored technology and AI were causing to Indian citizens. Initially, copied Western algorithms were making life-changing choices about college admissions and jobs behind closed doors, trapping young Indians in a web of hidden discrimination and complex jargon. To answer these deep anxieties, Ashoka University's Centre for Digitalisation, AI and Society (CDAIS), together with the Buimerc India Foundation, funded India’s own ground breaking evaluation frameworks, translating constitutional values into digital shields. They also launched an annual fellowship network to train leaders in keeping technology ethical and accountable.
Today, this collaboration has restored confidence and security within communities. Their pioneering work is reducing hidden bias in classrooms, workplaces, and public spaces, while reaching the highest halls of justice to protect citizen privacy in the Supreme Court. They have empowered individuals to become informed citizens who can confidently demand a fair digital future.
